Chalet Dakota welcomes you with an amicable spirit to our 200 sq m family and friends chalet. Our chalet offers 7 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms and living rooms are not located on the same levels, allowing for large living, community spaces and more intimate rest areas. The chalet is equipped with 5 hot water tanks so there is no risk of running out of hot water or waiting for your turn for the shower or bath when you return home from skiing!
Finally, the chalet is equipped with wifi, a fireplace, a sauna and a private parking space.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservation
Any reservation by the tenant must include a payment including the reservation deposit which corresponds to 30% of the total rental price. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The full price of the rental is payable two months before the start of the rental date.
Deposit in case of damage
A deposit, in case of damage, of 3000 euros is due on the day of the rental at the latest. This deposit is not cashed by the owner. This deposit is blocked in the form of a bank imprint for the duration of the stay and is automatically released 7 days after the end of the rental. Without payment of the deposit, the keys to the chalet cannot be returned.
Upon his arrival, the tenant will collect the keys and any additional services he may have ordered from the concierge (linens, etc.).
Covid cancellation guarantee
Full reimbursement of your trip, up to the day before departure, (reimbursement within a maximum of 30 days), if your stay is made impossible for all causes related to COVID-19.
No postponement, no credit note, but full reimbursement of all paid services in all of the following cases: Government decision restricting travel, Containment (National, regional, departmental or municipal), Border closures, Flight cancellation, Fortnight imposed on return, Requisition of certain professions, Closure of the station or ski lifts for health reasons.
Modification of contract by the tenant
The owner reserves the right to accept or refuse requests for changes to the tenant's reservation.
Cancellation / interruption of contract
In the event of duly substantiated cancellation of the rental contract by the Tenant within the framework of the COVID Cancellation guarantee detailed above, the sums paid by the tenant and actually collected, may, upon presentation of supporting documents, be reimbursed by the owner, excluding cancellation fees.
In the event of cancellation for any other reason by the tenant or non-compliance with the reservation schedule (30% upon reservation, 70% 2 months before the rental), all sums paid will remain due to the owner.
Any premature departure of the Tenant does not give rise to any reimbursement.
