Chalet Dakota is a family chalet for rent with 15 beds and located, amidst the pine trees, at an altitude of 1850 meters in Plagne 1800, near Montchavin-les Coches. This chalet attracts skiers and snowboarders that are looking for both a calm environment with close proximity to the ski slopes and shops, and a location with guaranteed snow cover at a high altitude.

Our chalet is extremely close to the Paradiski area where you can enjoy a plethora of winter activities. This mountain is ideal for downhill alpine skiers, ski tourers, cross-country skiers and snowshoers.  The Les Arcs ski area is 425 kilometers big and over 70% of the ski area is located above 2000 meters of elevation.  Chalet Dakota provides direct access to this extensive ski area and truly is a ski in, ski out chalet.  

The 3 resorts of Montchavin, Les Coches and Plagne 1800 belong to the large ski area of ​​La Plagne and provide access to its famous glacier. While it is true that Montchavin and Les Coches are ideally placed to take advantage of the Vanoise Express link to the Les Arcs ski area, Plagne 1800 is located in the heart of the La Plagne area and provides much easier access to the area of Champany and Montalbert.

Les Coches is the ski resort attached to the charming mountain village of Montchavin. The station is installed at 1450 meters above sea level. Les Coches is not lacking in attractions: Les Coches offers a very nice pedestrian village, a wide snow front with several ski lifts and chair lifts, the presence of small individual chalets on the heights and almost direct access to the ski area of ​​Les Coches Arcs via the Vanoise Express. Montchvin Les Coches notably offers beautiful Nordic skiing routes.
